PLASTIC INDUSTRIAL FILTERS - TPP LINE
GENERAL DESCRIPTION The TPP plastic industrial filters made of
polypropylene are commonly used to solve line filtering problems in plants
with a particularly high installation cost; in addition, they are installed
in circuits with fluids that are aggressive towards aluminium and stainless
steel (e.g. Bleach, hydrochloric acid, bromic acid, etc.)
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- OPERATING PRESSURE
- TPP-3 - TPP-4 - TPP-5 12 barg
- TPP-6 - TPP-7 15 barg
- FILTRATION DEGREES FROM150 µ TO 600 µ
- MAXIMUM OPERATING TEMPERATURE 70° C

- TPP3 Ø 1/2”
- TPP4 Ø 3/4”
- TPP5 Ø 1”
- TPP6 Ø 1 1/4”
- TPP7 Ø 1 1/2”
MATERIALS The moulded plastic of which it is made ensures a low
price without any reduction in performance as regards flow rate and pressure.
FILTER CARTRIDGE The filter cartridge is made of stainless steel
wire and offers the following filtering features:
- 32 mesh (600 µ) - 50 mesh (300 µ)
- 80 mesh (180 µ) -100 mesh (150 µ)
FLOW RATES Maximum flow rate values (m3/h) with clean
water and some typical retention degrees (50 and 100 meshes). The
corresponding pressure drop on the Y axis. WEIGHTS
- TPP-3/4/5 - weight 0.2 Kg
- TPP-6/7 - weight 0.7 Kg
